If you are taking the valve cover off your engine, you should consider replacing the gasket, along with the bolt rubbers. Made from rubber, the gaskets are prone to disintegrate over time. Being underneath the valve cover, they will also compress over time, diminishing their ability to seal properly. This can be the cause of oil leaks around the head of the engine and may make it easier for water and other contaminants to enter the head.
Because this is a V4, if you would like to replace both of the valve cover gaskets on the engine, you will need to order two of these kits.
