O-ring set for the waterpump on the Honda CBR250RR MC22 (all variants)
This set includes the o-ring which sits between the engine sump and the outside of the waterpump shaft, and the o-ring which sits between the waterpump and the waterpump cover which sits over the impeller

Genuine Honda, brand new
The smaller, circular o-ring ensures that oil does not leak from your sump out around where the waterpump sits. The second, larger o-ring ensure that coolant does not leak out of the waterpump.
It is worthwhile replacing these two o-rings to ensure you do not get oil or coolant leakage, with both o-rings often being quite brittle from the numerous heat cycles they’ve been subjected to over more than 20 years.
